Catalog and manufacturer infobox

I have the following questions that needed to be addressed:

 

1. How to use CSS to modify the infobox header?

 

2. How to change the manufacturer inbox, instead of dropdown menu, i want it to be listed one row by one row, like category infobox?

 

3. How to remove drop-down tree (expand/collapse) in category infobox, so that I can highlight main categories and have subcategories shown.
