burt Posted October 18, 2002 Posted October 18, 2002 Sure it was my website?? Definately, it just happened again - not a full crash this time though - the page got to a certain point and then froze. ctrl-alt-del 3 finger salute I'm afraid... win98se, IE6
medisave Posted October 18, 2002 Author Posted October 18, 2002 umm not sure what that is. The sites tested on Win2k and XP. Actually have an old laptop with 98 on - not sure which edition though and that worked fine. Have taken about 40 orders now and about 70 people registered with no reported probs - are all the websites crashing your machine ? Graham Wright ________________
Mark Evans Posted October 18, 2002 Posted October 18, 2002 win98se, IE6 I had similar problems when using IE6. I think there is a bug in IE6 which causes it to crash. This happened to me on quite a few websites.
