By default all shipments to the US and Canada quote UPS rates however any other country gets quoted USPS rates. USPS rates would not show up to US or Canada customers, nor would UPS rates be an option for other countries. 2. A product shipping override, for example there is one product that gets charged a flat $25 shipping charge rather than a calculated charge based on weight, however all other products still use the UPS or USPS module. 3. The ability to assign a different "Ship From" zip code to some products and if not assigned it uses the stores default zip code.
