SeanBarton Posted March 9, 2007 Posted March 9, 2007 hi im running creloaded 6.15 and am using the protx form payment module. for some time now the same problem has happenned for a few customers but not all. its happennig once or twice a day. heres the process a customer buys a product on our site, they go to protx to pay, the payment is taken and when protx confirms the payment and tries to get to http://www.battech.co.uk/checkout_process.php it times out and the customer is shown an error. at this stage the money has been taken but unfortunately the order was not processes on the site correctly so we cant see it. the error message is: 5:TxNotifyVendor: VClass: Invalid procedure call or argument VPS DEBUG: ERROR -2147012894:VPSPostHandler WinHTTP: The operation timed out. Transaction completed successfully HTTP POST Failed 5:TxNotifyVendor: VClass: Invalid procedure call or argument Transaction has been completed. Attempting to contact the Vendor... ive tried a urlencoding fix, made the site purchased without account only, spoken to protx support and looked in various forums. is this something that anyone thinks they may be able to help with. ive been working on it for a week and have no idea as to whats going on.
