My first week Live and I get 2 orders that were placed over the weekend and now poking around in the MY Store area found 2 real orders stuck in the Pending mode 4 days later. Phones were busy. Never knew till today that I had more business. All test emails went through, all test orders with bogus visa 4111 1111 1111 1111, Contact forms fine. I have Authorize.net installed. What else do I do? I never received a notification nor did they say boo. Should the email in My Store say Orders <[email protected]> or no brackets? There are no brackets now. What do I need to do to get these orders going? So glad I know these 2 gents.
Guest Posted March 9, 2007 Posted March 9, 2007 Some people have a problem getting order emails. There is a section in your admin/configuration that says send extra order email. Put your email address in there as well. Ok this was weird.
