While on the phone with a representative from Canada Post I was given a very good understanding on how the module "should" work.

 

Now the trick is getting it to work. ;)

 

 

 

Now for my individual products I am supposed to be inputting L x W x H and weight. Currently I only have the option to input weight.

 

* Is there a module to add the L . W . H in product description?

 

 

Since my store is setup for Canadian sales I need to setup customers personal account so it only allows a Canadian address.

 

* How do I set customer address to Canadian only?

 

* How do I add a drop down menu for Canadian provinces?

 

 

Also I want to make sure Oscommerce is picking up my Handling fees set on the Canada Post website.

 

* How do I get it to automatically pickup Handling Fees?

 

 

Some small products I sell can be shipped using an envelope for a less expensive shipping rate. With Canada Post you need to setup box sizes for shipping.

 

* Is there a way to create a minimum value I could dedicate to small products using LxWxH & Weight if a low quantity has been ordered to ship in an envelope instead of a box?

 

 

 

Also, not in the topic of shipping...

 

How do I create a drop down menu for selecting products with different colors or styles available for the same product?

you could use the active countries for the account/address controls.
