Copy another website? Strip all categories and products?

Is there a product that allows you to spider a website but save the paths into a csv or excel file? For instance..

 

Let say I sell all types of cars..

 

So I go to serta.com or sealy.com or some manufacturer website... and run a program, it makes an offline version of the site, and also indexes it into an excel file. so I could maybe figure out PRICE , pic name , and category of each product..?

 

then run some scripts on that excel file and rename some stuff.. and import it all to my site..

 

because most distributors dont offer a file that contains file names of all their items.

I think your vendor willing provide you an excel file which contains the product base info if official authorized resell their products.
