Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

So I have installed oscommerce on plenty machines and have had no problems in the past. I have even built custom modules for oscommerce so I have tried the standard trouble shooting. So heres my problem:

oscommerce installed with ease, no problems reported with the install. The mysql data has all the install data in it, when I attempt to access the index.php from the store from or the admin area, I get "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage". I have also tested this is several other browsers and none seem to returning any data. Firefox displays a blank page with zero source code in the page.

Example of page not working: http://www.verticaldoorsusa.com/shop2/index.php

PHP is fully installed on this server.

I have installed a PHPINFO page for any questions and reference:

http://www.verticaldoorsusa.com/shop2/php.php

Thank You for your support

PHP is misconfigured

Can you verify if the LoadModule and AddModule directives for PHP are enabled in the httpd.conf? If they are commented out, PHP will behave in this manner.

I don't think i can access the httpd.conf file on this server. Its a cPanel server, my first time on one. I have requested that information from the admin. Is there anything I can do like in htaccess to override these problems? What should I tell the server admin to get this PHP back online. I have shell access, but can't seem to find a httpd.conf anywhere on the system.

Thanks
