e-mail Issues

Hi All. I checked everything and can't seem to find and/or understand a couple of answers to really annoying problems:

1. how to allow only one e addressee to get mail. Instead of allowing phoneybaloney@mysite.com to come in as opposed to bouncing it 'unknown'.

2. and how to keep that mail going out from my site.com as spam - that I of course did not send. Joe Jobs I believe they are called...

3. and one more -- what is the best way to send let's say 500 emails to our collector base when not all are from osc but other selling venues too

Thanks so much...-A

1 is your hosting email options. Log into your hosting email account.

2 is to change your email account to a different name as soon as you change your catch all settings.

3 someone else will need to answer for you as I am not interested in sending 500 emails.
