hi all,

I have had to add a standalone page for one of my categories. I have added the link in categories.php and the link displays fine in my menu, linking to "tyres.php". what i want to know is using STS4 (if that matters) where do i actually put this file? when i have it in just the catlog/ folder its finding the page but because its im using STS4 (i presume thats the problem) its just a white page? Where can I put this file in relation to the STS4 templates folder etc? My other files are in includes/sts4_templates/full/ but when i put it in there it cant find the page? How can I make a standalone page and link to it, and does the file need a special name (i ntoice most of the STS files are called things like index.php_o.html etc?

Anyone got any ideas it'll be much appreciated!

Cheers

Is the page going to look alot like the main site ? If so it is some work and i would recomend that you add infopage manager system to your site.

STS4 makes adding a page a 8 part deal.

someone must knwo this please :)

Hi, yeh it will be identical to every other page but for the main content which will be different. I didn't think it would be that difficult to do with a template system. I will re-read the manual and check out this info manager you mentioned. thanks
