Shipping cost to USA and Canada

Hey guys

I want to set different prices for Zone 1 as Canada and Zone 2 as USA. I edited the /includes/modules/shipping/zone.php file:

 

i made one change

// CUSTOMIZE THIS SETTING FOR THE NUMBER OF ZONES NEEDED

$this->num_zones = 2; before it was 1

}

 

 

I upload the file back reload the page but there was no changes to Shipping module except 3 empty boxes with no headings?

 

Can someone explain what am i doing wrong?
