Have you actually assigned a tax class to each product when you've been adding them? James
californiars Posted March 8, 2007 Posted March 8, 2007 I had the same problem, you have to go to the "Locations/Taxes" tab, then click on "Tax Zones" and you have to select the state that you are allowed to tax for, which is the state you are based in. And i know the other thing for sure that you have to do is put in the percentage that your tax rate is at in the "Tax Rates" tab, also another thing you want to check out is the "tax class" tab, i have mine currently set on taxable goods, but that might already be set like that i'm not sure if that is a default or not. Anyways, i hope this helps!

Then apply that tax class (Taxable Goods) to all products you're selling... Richard. Richard Lindsey
