Guest
i'm using easy populate put i can't import becau csv doesn't support unicode of my language,is there any way to solve this problem? This has to do with the script that processes the csv. ie EP and not with the csv format. Consistency does matter so if you use utf-8, utf-16 etc you should make sure the various delimiters are set to a format that can be distinct. So in your script you can differentiate if it's a delimiter or a character.
Guest
can you tell me more ,what is the script use to process csv?i can you ep to import but because i can't save csv file with my unicode (some characters change to "??"). so after import to database with ep,view my shop and see "?? ".That's bad!
Guest
script i mean the EP. I assume if you enter those special characters in a product directly from your osc Admin it works. In that case you need to check first the dbase see these special characters are in. If not go back check the csv file check the characters are there. If they are then you have to debug the EP code that processes the file.
