Internal Server Error

I just move the oSC to the new webhosting - Network Solutions. After click on the submit button when checkout the order. The error message "Internal Server Error" is logged instead of display the checkout successful page. All data for the order are saved on database and able to email order to customer.

 

I checked the email address only using "[email protected]" format in "Admin / Configuration / Send Extra Order Emails to" option on osc Administration panel.

I called the webhosting company, but they said that we have not logged an error.

 

I also enabled the "Store Page Parse Time" but cannot find any error.

 

Now, I have no idea how to troubleshoot this problem. Hope someone can help me to solve this error.

Your problem is network solutions. I have a friend that is a tech there and he tells me they have horrible hosting services and doesn't recomend it to anyone. If someone that currently works for the companies says that I am sure it is true.

 

I would tell you to find a new hosting company.
