Not just another privacy notice thread!

I'd like to add a privacy notice when someone is entering there personal details for ordering without and account and when signing up for an account. Just a small paragraph outlining our policy and then a link to our privacy policy.

 

I think the file for ordering without and account is /order_info.php but I could be wrong.

 

I'd also like to do the same thing when people are entering they're credit card details but add a little notice about security and SSL so it makes them feel a bit happier and also about returns and a link to our returns policy.

 

 

 

Can anyone help me with this.

 

 

 

I'd like to know the correct file and how to code it and where exactly in the file to place the code.

I hope I'm not asking too much.
