dollars default can they be removed

I would like to deal in euro and GB pounds but cant deleted the defualt dollars currency is this possible

 

are there any tools that can be added to relate what the values is in dollars if need be ie some pop up window

select the other currency, click edit button and check the box where it says

 

Set as default (requires a manual update of currency values)

 

then when you set eur or gb to default, then try to delete $
