Need detailed "how to" upload product file

I just bought a "ready to go site" I don't have much web experience so I don't know where to start.

 

I need to upload my product file (currently in excel) and can't figure out where to do this.

 

Also, I know....be kind ...I am new at this

 

How do I know what my colum headings should be on my excel file to match them on the preset web.

 

I also have an image file (the image names are also noted in the excel)
