Dont Show $0.00 Prices

Hello -

 

I'm trying to setup items in my store that start out with a 0.00 price but then when options are selected it then adds the price.

 

I'm trying to setup options for hosting... monthly & yearly, and i do not want a start out price.

 

Any one have any ideas?
