Alexandero
You had to add chemo's SEO URL's it is a mod-rewrite that makes it appear as if they are html pages because the search engines favor those instead of index.php?cpath=cat_id2&product_id=34 <<< Ugly url &=+ all bad for seo tshirt-23-large-green.html <<< friendly url and keyword relevant better ! THANK YOU so much dear Kevin for your advise, I installed Chemo's SEO and in fact they have such html extension, which is a good thing, BUT as you can see my url below, there is still some Ugly url after tshirt-23-large-green.html tshirt-23-large-green.html?osCsid=992cfe14818d731b9a3430dbef3016b6 Could you please tell me how to remove this? Another question : Is AP URLs contribution a good one, that can do this job?
Guest
I want you to know killing session can cause some people checkout problems. Next google and other search engines don't see the session id's so you have nothing to worry about there. I wouldn't worry about it. As far as ugly that is not the case now if you are worried about people knowing it is a osc site because of the OSCID comment you can change the session name in application_top.php I do seo all the time for companies and osc sessions have never caused a problem. Guest
Yes it can be anything you want it to be. it is in the application_top.php file you just need to find the define statement and change it to whatever you want it to be. like STOREID whatever keep it simple. I want to change the OSCID comment how? and can I change it to any word? Many thanks
