Here are some details about the site: site: www.loveitlive.ca/catalog ssl enabled Server: Telus Hosting Sessions are saved to the database - Cart items were getting lost prior to enabling this Telus's ssl setup requires a separate directory with a second copy of the site in the secure directory two shipping modules are installed - Canada Post and UPS-XML There are very few items in the site so far and no customers. -site parse times range from .2 seconds to 40 seconds. This is obviously not acceptable for my customer. If anyone can give suggestions, they would be greatly appreciated.

Iggy I'm wondering if it has to do with server load. 4pm Mountain time and it's loading quickly, but around noon it was very slow. I'll have to watch for this tomorrow to see if it runs slowly again.
