Home Delivery Missing in FedEx Shipping

I installed the FedEx Zone shipping module and everything is working, EXCEPT the option for Home Delivery doesn't show up. It is in the fedex_shiptype database, but doesn't display upon checkout.

 

Where do i need to look to fix this? Is there a spot somewhere that only allows 4 ship methods per shipper?
