go to your admin panel and to the category in question ... is there a file assigned?

if not ... then assign one there ... and the admin will upload it for you. just pick one that is appropriate .. or make yr own ?

its doesn't matter what its name is ... make a new one .. call it anything you want ... provided it doesn't conflict with an existing name.

make the file and assign it to the necessary category your admin panel

If it isn't a category header ... can you post the URL ... its impossible to determine the file name from a screenshot :)
