Is It possible for the customer to choose how much they will pay

Is It possible for the customer to choose how much they will pay,

 

I have several account holding customers that can pay me, in different amounts etc.

 

I need to keep track of their account balance.

I also need them to be able to enter "how much they want to pay" into a text box.

And then process the order through paypal, with a description like " Payment to IT Imports"

 

This will also help in getting payments over the phone for new orders etc.
