kazuyapee001 Posted March 6, 2007 Posted March 6, 2007 When a customer place an order for 2 products from 2 different venders, at the checkout confirmation it says "unknown tax rate" in addition to regular VAT rate charged within EU. I realized that it happens when a customer wants to place an order for VAT applicable products and VAT free products at the same time. It looks like this "unknown tax rate" is VAT charge for the shipping cost. VAT for the shipping cost is already charged together with product, so it means that the customer gets charged twice for VAT for the shipping cost. I wonder if this is a well-known issue, and I would really appreciate it if someone could help me... Quote
