How do I change the ammount of products displayed on each page in a catagory

Hello,

 

I am trying to work out how to show a different ammount of products per page in a catagory.

 

i.e. you go into a catagory for computer hardware and osC will display 10 products or 40 products on each page.

 

Any help much appreciated
