I can click the contact us and get the email properly but when I place an order the customer will get the email but I never receive any email about the order?These are my settings I would really like some help and anyone that can I thank you in advance. My host is netfirms In My Store E-Mail Address [email protected] E-Mail From [email protected] Send Extra Order Emails To <[email protected]> In E-Mail options E-Mail Transport Method sendmail E-Mail Linefeeds LF Use MIME HTML When Sending Emails true Verify E-Mail Addresses Through DNS true Send E-Mails true Any other information needed please let me know! tealdaylight Posted August 4, 2007 Share Posted August 4, 2007 im having this problem too! i used the test_page.php and it sent perfectly, the contact us and the 'send email' all work fine, but i cant get it to send out order notifications for the life of me. i tried all of these fixes, none of which worked for me, but maybe they'll work for you: http://forums.creloaded.com/Forums/viewtop...il/start=0.html i also emailed my host to double check it wasnt anything on their end, and they sent back saying even though i have a linux host, i need to use STMP and then gave me the url for the mail site to use and the username/password.. but i cant find anywhere to put any of the information in other then just switching to stmp in the 'email options'. any ideas? im so frustrated i can barely put it into words. Wallyr41 Posted August 26, 2007 Share Posted August 26, 2007 This may work: Send Extra Order Emails To <[email protected]> Take out the < and > Bill, in the above instructions, should I not have my address but have the address of my host, could this be why I'm not seeing any new orders when I login into my admin order section, my orders are not being saved in the order section.
