HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!

I am having a problem with my check out when people get to the page where they are supposed to check their address- the checkout_shipping page. The continue button is broken it basically just reloads the page. Please help.

do you have ssl installed ?

is it valid ?

has this always happened ? or is this something "that all of a sudden started happening" ?

hs your server been upgrade ?

is your includes/configure.php config'd properly ?

1. no i dont its supposed to show that the people can pay through PayPal

2. this has always happened

3. I did try the upgrade

4. I don't know

If it's always happened - it is perhps something not set up properly in your includes/configure.php file.

 

You can compare your own file to the Help in this thread :

or you can post your includes/configure.php file here - without the database information - and someone will take a look at it for you.
