Unknown tax is added and can´t remove

Greetings

 

First of all thank you for your help, finally im making a virtual shop with oscommerce but my problem is that every product i post in the shop gets a 10 % tax so if i put a skirt of 2 € its final value is 2,21 the same thing happens with the shipmnent costs because they are 6 € and it gets to 6,62 but i don t have any tax in the taxes menu, why is this happening, please any help? how can i remove all taxes?

Have you tried removing the tax module within the orders total module in your admin?

Hi Andrew, yes i tried that and doesn´t work :'( any idea?
