anntics Posted March 5, 2007 Posted March 5, 2007 Hi I have oscommerce installed as part of my hosting package at gisol. I have enabled it in the site admin panel and it all seems okay except that I cannot install the payment, etc modules. The modules are listed in the oscommerce admin but when I press the install button nothing happens. I am a complete novice at technical issues, trying hard to learn. Please can anyone give me an idiot's guide to resolving this issue? I have searched the forum for hours on end and tried some things without success. Thankyou in advance to anyone who can help Ann

Vger Hi Vger Thankyou for your reply. I tried changing the file as detailed in this post with no success. The problem is that I cannot install any of the modules to start with. They are listed in the admin panel and they have an install button with a green cross. When I press the install button the page refreshes but the install button is still there. It happens with all 3 modules. Thanks Ann
