I am using EP 2.76d and get the following error.

121001A-BREAST... ERROR! - Too many characters in the model number.

12 is the maximum on a standard OSC install.

You can either shorten your model numbers or increase the size of the field in the database.

 

 

My data base is set to 12 and EP model size =12. My model number below is 1001A-BREAST which is 12 characters. I do not know how the number 12 is added in front of my model number. Alll my model numbers are bleow 12 characters and are all in my database. I only did a couple of price changes to try.

 

any suggestions?
