Instalation problem

I am installing OS Commerce for the first time and keep getting the following error message

 

osCommerce Configuration

 

The following error has occurred:

 

The configuration files do not exist, or permission levels are not set.

 

Please perform the following actions:

 

* cd /home/nas02l/h/handwavingflags.com/user/htdocs/catalog/includes/

* touch configure.php

* chmod 706 configure.php

 

* cd /home/nas02l/h/handwavingflags.com/user/htdocs/catalog/admin/includes/

* touch configure.php

* chmod 706 configure.php

 

 

Can I get a bit of advice

You need to be able to CHMOD configure.php to 706. You might be able to do it via your FTP client, depending on your webhost. What program are you using to upload your files to the server?
