bw92116 Posted March 4, 2007 Share Posted March 4, 2007 When I submit a transaction myself, as if I were a customer, using my own credit card, everything goes along fine, until I click the "Confirm Order" button. Then I am taken back to the Payment Information page, and in a bright red bar near the top of the page (below the top navigation bar), this error message appears: "Your credit card could not be authorized for this reason. Please correct any information and try again or contact us for further assistance." Nothing on that page is highlighted or indicated that it is wrong (the credit card information has reverted to blanks, though). When I go to my account at Authorize.net, there is the payment, sitting there waiting to be settled later today. So the payment was authorized, and did go through to my account at Authorize.net. Why, then do I get the "Your credit card could not be authorized" error message? How can I fix this? Thank you for your help. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
