Authorize.net AIM and Authorize.net communication

I have been having a huge problem a lot recently.

 

A customer will place an order and their CC will be rejected. When I get an email from the customer saying WTf, I always check my Authorize.net site to see if there is a record and there never is one. I have used Authorize.net's online help and they can't find any history of rejections either. I can process the transactions fine manually through Authorize.net's site.

 

I am using the Authorize.net AIM module.

 

Anyone have any idea what is going on?
