New Install of osCommerce... getting the buy now and add to cart to work...

I am creating a new osCommerce site at http://www.nwcoindeals.com and I have gotten alot of it done, I am now at the point of getting the buy now and add to cart buttons functioning and I am unsure of how to proceed. I am thinking that I will want to be able to offer Paypal payment options and probably authoize.net for CC processing. The site has used manual card processing in the past and I an hoping to give it a bit more automation than that. Can someone please offer a tip of two on how to get these functioning? I am not sure if I have to download a contribution or if there are setting in the basic install admin panel that will make these work. I really appreciate this forum and all that fantastic assistance offered in this community. I hope to be able to help others out myself once I become just a bit more proficient at this.
