Online Hire Purchase Application

I Would like to set up a form online that my customers have to complete if they choose the Hire Purchase Payment option. This form needs to be send to me by Email with all the details on it so that I can process their applications.

 

Is this possiable and if so HOW?

 

Im not really familur with PHP so any info and help would be greatly appreciated.

Before you go too far with figuring this out I was just wondering, doesn't the client need to physically sign a hire purchase agreement and how do you do this by email?

 

I guess if you are offering the financing yourself, you could do whatever you wanted to, but I wouldn't advise doing anything without a signature.

 

The reason I am bringing this up is because I used to own my own offline store, and we did hire purchase through a couple of credit companies and they were always EXTREMELY pedantic when it came to how the application form was filled out by the end client.

Thanks for the info. I have checked with our finance company and they to offer an anline application form for Hire Purchase. The do require the customer to sign the completed form once everything is approved. I was wanting the same thing for us. Have an online form that the customer can fill out to apply and then get them to sign a finalised application once everything has been processed.

 

What I have done as an interim thing is create a link to their online application form which may suffice if it is to complicated to build it into the shopping cart itself.
