you may have an incorrect setting in your osc admin->configuration->email options. Check the E-Mail linefeeds has to match your server type. LF for linux, cr/lf for windows. If that's ok check the language strings in the catalog\admin\includes\languages\english\orders.php

I have it set to lf and the orders.php is fine.. compared it to the original and its the same

ok the next thing is the catalog\admin\orders.php check the $email variable where is set just before the tep_mail function call. Is that as the default osc too?

do a test change this line a bit:

If that works it means the emai settings are not correct or something is going on with the mail server.

And try setting the cr/lf setting from your admin to see if that changes.

Nope.. doing either of thoes didnt do anything..still comes out the same

Ok put everything as it was.

Then there is a Use Mime HTML with the email options If it is enabled can you set it to disabled and see if it still does the same?
