ecurbh Posted March 2, 2007 Posted March 2, 2007 I am working with an osCommerce site that I did not set up, and the original developer is no longer available. I've been digging through the code, but haven't been able to find out the answer to my question. What my client wants to be able to do is retrieve the credit card number in order to set up a recurring payment through their internal QuickBooks system. The site uses Payfuse, and the credit card number is not stored in the db. Is there a way to change that? I know about the security risks, and have warned the client, but they still want to know if it's possible. The number would not be stored permanently, but only until it's retrieved and the billing is set up. They said they have access the cc numbers through Payfuse, but the customer name is not attached, so theoretically even being able to retrieve the last four digits could allow them to do what they want. I've done a global search through the site files, and I can't even find the query that writes the order info to the db. Any help is appreciated! Quote
