replace database for the first time - save as what?

I am tring to replace the original database made by osc with one from the downlaod in easy pop 2.76c. I open this with xl and saved as text (tab delimited) but I am not sure what to call it. Should it be db1981...... the name given to the database by my web space (1and1) or the other number d9811... as shown in the htdocs address? I tried to upload it but got the following in easy pop:-

The address to the temp folder seems to be wrong, it shows /catalog//catalog/temp/db198624540.txt why catalog twice and why two forward slashes together? Could this be this problem?
