error messages when uploading product pic.

even though i searched the forum i didnt find any solution to this...most have said about permissions..i changed the images folder and the classes folder to first 777 then 775 with filezilla,,still dosnt work...help

I'm not 100% on this but have heard of this before. It could have something to do with your server running php safe mode. Double check with your host, give them your error message, they will be able to advise.

 

It is something to do with restricting your ability to access the files in the directory where PHP caches your uploaded files.
