do not understand this part of the install note it is for the froogle google feeds

you open your phpmyadmin - via your hosting panel, find you database in the drop down box on the left, select it and in the top navigation select import, browse for the file (feed.sql) and import it...

 

you chmod your folder with your ftp software, now every software has a little bit different way to do this, but mostly you just click right on file and select cdmod or something similar, input 777 into box an save...
