Removing cPath

I would like to remove cPath

 

Instead of the url reading product_info.php?cPath=287_292&products_id=985

 

I would like it to read product_info.php?products_id=985

 

Something like SEO URL but not.

 

I do not mind the Category cPath_# but I am trying to remove it from the products listed in that Cateogory.

 

So You might be in cPath_287, and have displaying 20 products, the product URL read product_info.php?cPath287&product_id=985 and I want them to read product_info.php?products_id=985

Why do you want to do that? For Aesthetic reasons?

 

I would install Ultimate SEO URLs if I were you and have proper words in your URLs. That is something that will have a positive effect on your pages both in terms of search engines and humans.
