Sharon Posted October 14, 2002 Author Posted October 14, 2002 Yes! I did. I deleted all of the articles that came with the system, and I have deleted some articles that I added but did not need. I notice that the product ID was empty also, but do not know where to begin to fix the problem. Any suggestions
