Hi guys im fairly new here so im pretty much oscommerce illiterate, i downloaded the contribute Support System made by case510, i have installed everything correctly but am getting 3 errors 2 on the store front and one in the admin section, here they are

 

STORE FRONT :

 

Warning: require(DIR_WS_TEMPLATESTEMPLATENAME_BOX) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in C:\Program Files\xampp\htdocs\cheltech\includes\boxes\support.php on line 15

 

Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'DIR_WS_TEMPLATESTEMPLATENAME_BOX' (include_path='.;C:\Program Files\xampp\php\pear\') in C:\Program Files\xampp\htdocs\cheltech\includes\boxes\support.php on line 15

 

ADMIN:

 

Fatal error: Call to undefined function tep_admin_check_boxes() in C:\Program Files\xampp\htdocs\cheltech\admin\index.php on line 29

 

Any help at all would be great , im not using any template system its the standard oscommerce template.

When you see capital letters in an error as in, DIR_WS_TEMPLATESTEMPLATENAME_BOX, it means that some definition is missing from the code. The above one is not one normally included in oscommerce so I can't tell you what it should be but it needs to be added to fix the problem.
