Guest
Well Ive spent alot of time working on this site, and there is still some things I have in mind to do - but I am at the point I believe I can launch the site and work on it as I go. However, I would still appreciate feedback. I'm actually looking for problems, errors, incorrect spelling. Brownie points are offered :) Of course all feedback is welcome. Anyway, my site is an adult lingerie/novelty shop, address below. Thanks http://www.sensualamour.com

I like the lay out... but that banner needs to go
Victor Wise
In my opinion, the color scheme is to plain for what your store is selling. It matches well, but the red you used is to neutral and diffused to express passion according to my tastes. For the index page, personally I would choose just a couple categories you want to promote, and blow up those pictures so they stand out more. By the way, I thought you might find this article about improving sales through better product images interesting. Finally, I would strongly recommend stressing privacy during the checkout. Also, during the 'choose shipment method' part of your checkout, you might also gain from disclosing to people that all of your shipments are discrete and in plain packaging. Guest
I do like your colour scheme, I think it's way better than the garish colours and poor graphics usually found on this category of site. I agree with Victor about the banner on the main page. It doesn't add anything to the site, except confusion as to what its about. This area is a great opportunity to promote a product using a really great image. I'd also take the 'login' & checkout buttons out of the main body of the front page, perhaps put them on a header bar - the footer is not the place for these important links. Guest
Well i did make some modifications as per your suggestions, thanks by the way - Im still working on it. However, I dont like the change i made with the white background around the logo in the header and the images with the discreet shipping/SSL info... ill play with it till I get it right.. Tommy, You have to choose when to tell your customers about discreet shipping and your secure checkout - putting this information on the header makes it extraneous. In my opinion, the best place to inform customers about your discreet shipping is 1) in the page of the checkout where they choose shipping options and 2) in the shipping policy page (if you have one). The concern of indiscreet shipping likely won't be raised for most customers until they are in the checkout anyways choosing the shipping method. Likewise, I personally wouldn't make an effort to emphasize your SSL until the 'view cart contents page' as well as each page of the checkout. If someone is going to be paranoid about security, it will probably won't be until they are faced with giving you their private details. Just something to think about as well as a recommendation. Good luck! Best Regards, Victor Wise
todaydvd
The site is great! Are you use template or custom the design ?
♥FWR Media
I think there is definately something here. There are some really nice style touches but to me it all seems a bit "out of alignment". Header seems not in line with the large image below it. And below that it gets a bit messy. Keep working on the design though. Secondly speed.
