A customer tells me that when he clicks the "confirm" button to move from shipping to payment nothing happens. I've put in over 50 contributions but nothing has ever went wrong with PC placed orders. Chances are that this is the first customer that's tried to place an order via WebTV (I thought that was long gone).... If you know or have heard of any WebTV issues I'd like to know. Thanks!
