dezigner
I am working on a site that has sub-categories under other topics. Newly added sub-categories are now not showing up in new categories when added. Take a look. Store URL CLICK HERE If you look under the Containers Category you will see that Sub-Categories show up just fine. If you look under Clothing Category you will see no Sub-Categories listed. However , within the Admin there are 5 Sub-Categories listed with product line added to each categories and some sub-categories have sub-categories with more product line added there. None of these show up in the store. Does anyone know what could be causing them to not show? Thank You, M.Blackmon www.infrastructureinc.uuuq.com
dezigner
Surely someone knows about this. I am totally lost as to why the subs are not showing at all but they are there in the Admin as they are suppose to be. :-" Thank You, M.Blackmon www.infrastructureinc.uuuq.com

rrrhythm
Hello everyone. I hate to reply to this again but I wanted to bring it back up to see if there is anyone that could assist with any ideas why this could be happening. unless you have been modifying the code, or adding contribs, you can be sure the problem is that you just don't have something set right in the admin. things to check: does each sub-category have products in it, and for at least one product in the sub-cat, is the status = 1 (on) and the quantity > 0? (need both things) are there any products in the parent category? status? quantity? try with and without prods in parent category. deeper testing would be to double check that the database has the category/sub-cat id's are all set as you would expect (this requires phpmyadmin) if you have added contribs, or been modifying the code, then your guess as to what's wrong will be better than anyone else's here, unless you can give some guidance about when the problem showed up. cheers, rj. ps. nice looking site. i want a pair of glittens (mens L).
