Ugly error code

Well, most of the errors is gone after 30 min of work... But these is harder. Can anyone help me? :blush:

No, it's not the configure file (it's going to the right directory, but it's not inserting the name of the language). I had this problem once with one of my test sites. It drove me nuts! I tried hardcoding english.php into the code- that cleared the error but the site was a mess. I think the host was GoDaddy- that may have been the problem. :) I'm sorry, but I can't remember how it was solved, if it was solved at all.

Do, or do not. There is no try.
