marcygiff Posted February 28, 2007 Share Posted February 28, 2007 We placed two orders through Paypal, credit card was charged and amount was transferred to PayPal account but the orders do not show up in the OSC admin area. abra123cadabra Posted February 28, 2007 Share Posted February 28, 2007 The customer probably didn't return to your shop after completing the payment on paypal. Orders are only logged in osC when the customer returns to see the checkout_success.php (Thank you...) page. You can fix this by adding an order logging or the Paypal IPN contribution. Some modifications to your paypal account can prevent this problem too.
