How do you remove an image?

As far as I can see, there isn't a straightforward way. You would need to access the MySQL table "products" and delete out the relevant entry for the product, then FTP into the server and delete the image.

 

But, the other day I did post a small piece of code that you can tick a box to remove the products image when updating the product description in Admin. Check here: http://www.oscommerce.com/forums/viewtopic.php...er=asc&start=10 which might help out or point you in the right direction.

just upload a transparent gif 1 pixel x 1 pixel in the product.

(i think uploading a new image will remove the old won't it??)

 

not a perfect solution but it does the job!!!
