How to search more then just products.

Hi,

 

I have been looking around on the oscommerce site but cannot find a contribution or any other info on how to make the search.php search the entire site including things like articles and newsdesk articles. These are both contributions that have been added to my site but I would like to search them as well.

 

If anyone could point me in the right direction that would be awesome!

The Site Search contribution will search other files but not products, so, currently, you would need to use both to accomplish that. If your pages have been indexed by google, you could add the google search feature.

I find it strange that someone cannot combine the two? My site has been indexed by google but they have to much power as it is I don't what them all over my own site to :)
